Obuse-machi -The Tourist Information Center number is 026-247-3111

Shinano-machi - The Tourist Association and Information Center number is 026-255-3226.

Sekiyama - The Tourist Center number is 0255-82-2400.

Suginohara Tourist Info Centre is located at the Suginohara Kankōkyōkai bus stop. Open 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri (daily during the ski season) Phone: 0255-86-6000

Togakushi - The Tourist Information Center number is 026-254-2888
